Longtime readers may recall a certain smorgasbord of tech-pr0n posted on this here website nearly 3 years ago. The post was called “Techno-Luv,” and it featured an abundance of scantily-clad electronics, each revealing their snow-white nether regions. Remember that? Are you all breathing heavily yet? Just me?

For those keeping score at home, that’s white on white on white on white, or, White^4. I’m no mathematician, but I’m pretty sure I just opened a time warp somewhere.

So yeah, I got a new (used) car, and it’s beautiful. This is coming off of my crusty old ‘92 Honda Accord. And let me tell you, it’s the little things that count in a car. Though I no longer have a moon roof or power windows, I do have a functioning radio, and a steering system that doesn’t pound your hands like a jackhammer when you try going above 60 miles per hour. That’s a step in the right direction right there! That, and it’s a VW, which is just inherently sweet. Ever since this commercial, I’ve wanted to own one. And now I do! It only took me 8 years!
